Qualification:
Full-time B Tech/BE degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/EEE/ECE/CSE/IT with a minimum of 60% & above/CGPA (6 & above on the scale of 10) from a recognized Board/University/Institute approved by AICTE.
MBA/PGDM or equivalent in Operations/Petroleum Management/Oil &Gas or equivalent will be an added advantage.
In-depth Knowledge of project management tool e.g. MS Project/ Primavera, Critical Paths, Delay in Time impact analysis and project progress reporting will be an added advantage.
Age:
The maximum age limit is 32 years as on 25th April, 2024.
Essential Experience:
- The applicant should have a minimum 4 years of post-qualification work experience as on 25th April, 2024.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for monitoring end-to-end project activities of Petrochemical projects.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in a Refinery or Petrochemical/Polymer unit of a Refinery/Petrochemical/Polymer complex/Fertilizer/Hydrocarbon plant or in a leading engineering consultancy and EPC company preferably having an annual Turnover of Rs 2000 crore or more (in any of the last 3 financial years).
- At least 2 years in project monitoring domain of a large project like Refinery/Petrochemical/Polymer/Fertilizer/Hydrocarbon (Green field/Brown field).
- Technical expertise and hands-on experience in project planning & control tools.
Desired Skills:
The role of the incumbent include;
- Continuous monitoring of the project activities (physical and financial).
- Knowledge in using digital platform and tools like MS Project/ Primavera, Critical Paths for efficient monitoring & report generations
- Implementation of Project Scheduling Monitoring and Evaluation plan
- Providing support to proposal development for M&E components
- Prepare regular progress reports and other MIS reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, monitor, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implementing monitoring systems and designing monitoring tools
- Developing data collection tools
- Monitoring project activities, outputs and progress
- Working with data platforms, databases and select technologies to capture and organize data
- Training field staff in monitoring and evaluation processes and providing ongoing coaching
- Conducting or providing support to data quality assessments
- Analysing quantitative and/or qualitative data and summarizing findings
- Developing monthly, quarterly or annual reports depending on project requirements
- Disseminating evaluation findings and project results to stakeholders
